Well, I need help. I need help with my recovery.
I did a body-weight, leg-centric, workout on Monday and I'm still so sore. I'm walking like a cowboy after a rodeo and making funny (not "haha") faces when I walk up the stairs. My wife, a college athlete, tells me I need to stretch more and keep up with the workouts. Taking too much time off between resistance workouts isn't good...
I'm not convinced 100%, but I'll get back on the horse tomorrow and see how it goes. Wish me luck.
